Everything a ChatGPT
campaign needs
15 pieces of work across 3 phases, and 5 things you own at the end of it whatever you decide. None of it looks like what a Google agency does, because almost none of it works the same way.
Phase 1 · Weeks 0 to 1
The build
6 pieces
Everything that has to be right before a penny moves. This is where the expensive mistakes live, because a fortnight of data you cannot trust is a fortnight gone.
Account and access
The Ads Manager application, your billing, and your own legal entity on the account. We take it through review and chase it.
Without it
Applications get refused for the wrong entity details and you find out a week later.
Measurement before spend
The pixel and the conversions API installed and firing, checked against a real conversion before anything goes live.
Without it
You spend for 2 weeks and cannot tell which clicks turned into anything.
Context hints
There is no keyword list here. We write the situations your buyers describe to ChatGPT, taken from your support tickets and sales calls rather than your category vocabulary.
Without it
You paste your Google keywords in, match almost nothing, and conclude the channel is dead.
Creative in 24 characters
A title of 16 to 24 characters and a line of 32 to 48. That is the entire pitch. We write 3 title variants per group so week 2 has something real to test.
Without it
One headline, no variants, and nothing to learn from in a month.
Campaign structure
One campaign per objective where it makes sense, because the objective decides how the platform bills you and you only pick it once.
Without it
The wrong objective quietly charges you for the wrong thing all month.
Policy pre-flight
Your category and your creative checked against OpenAI's ad policy before we build anything. Being in an eligible country gets you to the application, not past it.
Without it
You build the whole account and get refused at review for something you could have checked on day one.
Phase 2 · Weeks 2 to 4, then every month
The running
5 pieces
A ChatGPT account is not a thing you build once. This is the work that repeats for as long as you keep us on.
1 campaign, 2 ad groups a month
The build covers the 3 objectives. What comes after is new offers, new products and new audiences, so every month brings one new campaign and two new ad groups rather than the same 3 campaigns forever.
Without it
The account is frozen in the shape it had in week 1 while your business moves on.
Budget pacing
Daily, against the $25 floor and whatever ceiling you set. Spend moves to what is working rather than sitting where it was on day one.
Without it
Half your budget spends on the group that happened to start fastest.
Hint expansion
Where a group is starving for volume we widen the situations it matches, and where it is matching the wrong conversations we cut them.
Without it
Impressions flatline and nobody notices for 3 weeks.
Creative rotation
A 24 character headline burns out faster than a long one. We rotate before performance drops rather than after.
Without it
Click-through decays slowly enough that it looks like the channel dying, not the ad.
One change at a time
We change one variable per test, so when something moves you know what moved it. Slower on paper, quicker in practice.
Without it
5 changes on a Monday and no idea which one did anything.
Phase 3 · Week 5, then monthly
The proof
4 pieces
Numbers you can act on, in language you do not need a dashboard tour to read.
The numbers
Spend, clicks, cost per click, conversions and cost per conversion, next to what you already pay on Google or Meta so the comparison is the useful one.
Without it
A pretty dashboard nobody opens and no decision at the end of it.
A straight recommendation
Scale it, hold it, or stop. If the channel is wrong for what you sell, that is what it will say, and you will still own everything we built.
Without it
An agency that never recommends spending less.
Your own portal
A login at my.dialogueads.com with spend, cost per click and cost per conversion updating daily, the hints and creative we are running, and what changed since you last looked. In build, included on both tiers the day it ships.
Without it
You wait for a monthly email to find out how last week went.
Multi-account handling
There is no manager account on this platform and one API key is scoped to one ad account. If you run several brands we stitch the reporting into one view.
Without it
5 separate exports and a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.
Yours to keep
5 things you own
on day 31
you stop
The reason a fixed price is not a gamble. Whatever the numbers say at week 5, none of this goes back in a box.
01
The ad account
Opened under your legal entity, in your name, on your billing. Take it in-house on day 31 if you want to.
02
The measurement setup
Pixel and conversions API, installed and verified. It keeps working on every other channel you run.
03
The context hint set
The written situations your buyers actually describe. It is research about your customers, and it outlives the campaign.
04
The creative set
Every title and description variant we wrote, and the click-through each one earned.
05
The numbers
Your real cost per click and cost per conversion on the channel. Nobody can take that back off you.
How you
get billed
$25 a dayminimum
Our fee is fixed: $4,950 for the 30 day Launch Sprint, then $4,000 a month if you carry on, and $3,250 for each extra brand. Accounts spending more than $50k a month are quoted separately. Your media budget is separate, goes straight to OpenAI and stays yours. You choose the pricing model at campaign level and it decides how the platform bills you.
| Objective | Model | You pay for | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reach | CPM | Per 1,000 impressions | Brand awareness, launches, category education |
| Clicks | CPC | Per click | Traffic to a landing page or product |
| Conversions | oCPC | Optimised per click, against a target action | Purchases, leads, sign-ups |
Before we can start
2 hard requirements. Neither is negotiable, and both are worth checking before a call rather than on one.
An entity in an eligible country
Self-serve accounts are open in 52 countries. The account carries your own legal entity, and no agency can lend you its eligibility. If your business is not registered in an eligible market, that is where this stops.
A category that clears ad policy
Being in an eligible country gets you to the application, not past it. Restricted categories are refused regardless of where you are registered.
