Privacy policy

What we collect, why, where it goes, and how to make us delete it. Short, because there is not much to say.

Who we are

Dialogue Ads runs dialogueads.com and the client portal at my.dialogueads.com. For anything in this policy, write to hello@dialogueads.com.

What we collect, and when

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read. It only runs after you accept cookies in the banner. If you decline, nothing is set and nothing is sent.
  • Contact form. When you send us a message we keep your name, email address and what you wrote. The message reaches us by email, sent through Resend.
  • Email updates. If you leave your email address for updates, we keep the address and which page you left it on. Updates go out through Resend. Reply to any of them and say stop, or email us, and you are off the list.
  • Booking a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. They receive the name, email address and time you enter. Their privacy policy covers what they do with it.
  • Ad pixels. We may run the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta pixel to measure our own ads. Like analytics, they only load after you accept cookies. Decline, and they never load.
  • Client portal. If you are a client, your login email and the campaign numbers we report to you are stored so the portal can show them to you.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services named above.

How long we keep it

  • Analytics data: 14 months, the Google Analytics default.
  • Contact form messages: 24 months from your last message, then deleted.
  • Email updates address: until you ask to come off the list.
  • Client records: for as long as you are a client, then 12 months for our accounts, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@dialogueads.com and we will do it within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.

Cookies

One cookie is ours: it remembers whether you accepted or declined tracking. The rest belong to Google Analytics and the ad pixels, and only exist if you accepted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not email about small edits.
